By accessing or using the Cyberfact Security website (cyberfactsecurity.com), engaging our custom development services, or deploying our software products (including QrEatz Restaurant POS Operating System — qreatz.in), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
1. Software Products & SaaS Licensing (QrEatz OS)
Cyberfact Security grants licensed restaurant and business clients a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize QrEatz POS, Kitchen Display System (KDS), and Contactless QR Dining modules (qreatz.in) in accordance with their active subscription plan. Clients are responsible for maintaining local hardware and network equipment.
2. Guided Demonstrations & No Free Trial Policy
All product demonstrations ("Book a Free Live Demo") are conducted as 1-on-1 guided live walkthroughs with our technical engineers. Cyberfact Security does not offer unverified self-service free trials. Formal production deployments and merchant terminal licenses activate upon mutual onboarding agreement and verification.
3. Merchant Data Sovereignty & Zero Resale Guarantee
All diner contact details, purchase histories, order tickets, and revenue data processed through QrEatz remain the exclusive property of the client merchant. Cyberfact Security guarantees zero monetization, third-party advertising, or reselling of customer data.
4. Cybersecurity & VAPT Engagements
Cybersecurity penetration testing (VAPT), red team simulations, and source code audits are strictly executed under explicit contractual agreements and defined Rules of Engagement (RoE).
5. Intellectual Property & Custom Code Ownership
Clients commissioning custom website development and mobile application engineering receive 100% source code ownership and repository access upon milestone completion with zero vendor lock-in. Proprietary framework engines, including QrEatz OS core binaries, remain the copyrighted intellectual property of Cyberfact Security.
6. Service Availability & Offline Operation
While QrEatz includes offline-first LAN architecture to ensure billing continuity during internet outages, Cyberfact Security is not liable for business interruptions caused by local hardware malfunctions, commercial broadband failures, or electrical outages.
